Kelly Adjusters Ltd was formed in January 2012 as a bespoke firm of liability loss adjusters.

Managing Director, Graham Kelly, has in excess of 20 years’ experience as a liability adjuster, previously Head of Liability for Davies Group.

Our business model is designed to differentiate the business from other adjusters in the industry.

We have no intention of dealing with bulk numbers of claims and have no intention of applying excessive pressure on our adjusters in order to deal with substantial numbers of investigations which will automatically affect the turnaround time and quality of work which is achieved for our Clients.

We will never over promise

Many liability loss adjusters have a tendency, from time to time, to over promise and under deliver. As a business Kelly Adjusters Ltd will always set challenging albeit achievable SLA targets and work at a suitable claim/adjuster ratio in order to ensure compliance.
